Features:
● Reinforcing layer is made of pure-cotton canvas,
polyester canvas and steel cord; as to the cover rubber ,the
cover rubber with good heat-resistance is applied; capable of
working normally under conditions with the temperature at
100-200℃.
● For heat-resistant conveyer belt, the fiberglass canvas is
used for the framework material; for the covering, EPDM rubber
or CIIR rubber is applied; with high adhesive strength and
good heat-resistance for the covering rubber; capable of
working normally under conditions at temperature 100-510℃.
Varieties:
● With three types divided by different heat test
temperatures:
Type 1: resistance to test temperatures≤100℃
Type 2: resistance to test temperatures≤125℃
Type 3: resistance to test temperatures≤150℃
Purposes:
● Extensively applicable to metallurgy, building material and
casing industries; used to convey sintered ore, hot coke,
cement, dross and hot cast products and so on.
Technical Requirements:
● For the sailcloth core belt, the standard HG2297-92 is
executed; for the wire cable heat-resistant belt, the standard
Q/FXS08-2001 is executed; for the above standard, the
standards ISO4195/1-1987 and ISO4195/2-1988 are referred.
