is used as the framework, Featuring the light and thin belt
carcass, resistance to fatigue, impact; with good trough
ability, low elongation, excellent thermostabilily of size and
high wet strength; representing the developing trend of
conveyer belt with fabric core.
Purpose:
● Mainly applicable to long-distance critical operating
conditions with high loads and severe chemical corrosion, and
especially to the wet environment.
Varieties:
● Divided by structure, besides the conventional plied up
structure, there is also the polyester conveyer belt with
extra horizontal reinforcing layer resistant to impact and
tearing.
● By purpose, besides the general purposes, there are other
types with purposes of resisanca to acid/alkaline, cold,
flame, heat and capable of conducting static electricity.
Technical Requirements:
● The standard GB/T7984-2001Conveyer Belt-Fabric Core Conveyer
Belt with General Purpose and Rubber or Plastic Covering
Layer; for this standard, the final draft ISO/FDIS14890:1999
is executed. |
